| 随着我国经济的不断发展，城镇化进程明显加快，但在发展过程中常会遇到资源消耗加剧、环境污染严重、产业结构失调等问题。生态文明是以可持续发展为基础，是实现我国经济社会可持续发展以及生态环境保护的重要途径。文章以河北省作为研究对象，从生态文明角度对河北省城镇化发展中存在的问题进行分析。结果发现：城镇化规模盲目扩大、工业农业等产业结构不合理、环境污染严重、环保以及城镇化政策缺失等问题制约了河北省城镇化发展步伐。在此基础上，从改善城乡二元结构，合理规划城镇产业布局，加强环境保护、强化政府引导等措施等方面提出了具体对策措施，从而更好地促进生态环境背景下河北省城镇化进程的健康发展。 |

| Abstract: |
| With the development of China′s economy，the urbanization of China is accelerated.But some general problems existed in the process of urbanization，such as the increased consumption of resources，environmental pollution，industrial structural imbalance and other issues.Ecological civilization is a basis of in-depth exploration and practice of sustainable development，which is considered as the important way to achieve sustainable economic and social development and environmental protection.In this study，Hebei province was took as an example，the methods such as literature review，field research were used to analyze the problems existed in the process of development of urbanization.The results showed that the main problems were as follows：the blind expansion of the scale of urbanization，the irrational industrial structure in industrial agriculture，environmental pollution，the missing urbanization policy in the environmental protection and other aspects.On this basis，some suggestions were proposed such as improving urban-rural dual structure，rational planning of urban industrial layout，strengthening environmental protection and government guidance to solve the problems.We wish those suggestions would be benefit for promoting the healthy development of urbanization in Hebei Province under the background of the ecological environment. |
