| 目的 乡村振兴战略是解决我国城乡发展不平衡、农村发展不充分等突出问题的重大战略部署。以科学客观的乡村振兴评价指标体系定量评估乡村发展综合特征，根据地区差异性划分乡村发展类型并提出针对性优化建议，对深入推进乡村振兴战略、早日实现农业农村现代化具有重要理论和现实意义。方法 文章以新疆生产建设兵团为研究对象，基于2011—2020年的统计数据，从产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕5个维度构建包含42个指标的乡村振兴发展水平指标评价体系，借助改进后的熵值法与全排列多边形图示指标法、耦合协调度模型对乡村发展水平和耦合协调度进行研究，并结合协调影响力指数开展兵团乡村振兴的格局解析与区域差异性研究。结果 （1）兵团乡村振兴综合发展水平逐年稳步提升，但整体仍处于起步阶段。各维度发展水平评价得分和变化趋势存在一定的差异。（2）兵团乡村振兴耦合度、协调度呈现波动上升趋势，各师市间差异明显；协调度呈现“天山南坡发展区—天山北坡发展区—沿边口岸经济区—南疆发展区”的空间格局。（3）结合协调影响力指数来看，五大维度在研究期间对不同师市的作用方向各异。（4）综合协调度与协调影响力指数，将研究区乡村发展细分为3类6型共11个亚类的耦合协调发展阶段。结论 兵团乡村振兴仍处于起步阶段，各师市发展水平差异较大。产业兴旺维度对兵团乡村振兴协调发展制约作用显著。未来应基于上述分类结果，针对现存短板出台相应振兴策略，走符合地方实际的乡村全面振兴之路。 |

| Rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic plan to solve the outstanding problems of unbalanced urban and rural development and inadequate rural development in China. Quantitatively assessing the comprehensive characteristics of rural development with a scientific and objective rural revitalization evaluation index system, dividing the types of rural development according to regional differences and putting forward targeted optimization suggestions are of great theoretical and practical significance for deeply promoting the rural revitalization strategy and realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas at an early date. This research took Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as the research object, and based on the statistical data from 2011 to 2020, constructed a rural revitalization development level indicator evaluation system containing 42 indicators in five dimensions, namely, industrial prosperity, ecological livability, civilized rural culture, effective governance, and affluent life, and assessed the rural development level and the coordination degree of the rural development level with the help of the improved entropy method and the method of the full-aligned polygonal graphical indicator and the coupling model. And combined with the coordination influence index to carry out the pattern analysis and regional differences research of rural revitalization in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. The results were listed as follows. (1) The comprehensive development level of rural revitalization in the Corps had been steadily improving year by year, but the whole was still in the beginning stage. There were some differences in the evaluation scores and change trends of the development level of each dimension. (2) The degree of coupling and coordination of rural revitalization in the Corps showed a fluctuating upward trend, with obvious differences between divisions and cities; the degree of coordination showed a spatial pattern of "South Slope of Tianshan Mountain Development Area—North Slope of Tianshan Mountain Development Area—Economic Zone along the Border Ports—South Xinjiang Development Area". (3) Combined with the co-ordination influence index, the five dimensions had different directions of effect on different divisions and cities during the study period. (4) Combining the degree of coordination and the coordination influence index, the rural development of the study area was subdivided into 3 types and 6 types with a total of 11 subtypes of coupled coordinated development stages. In summary, rural revitalization in the Corps is still in its infancy, with large differences in the level of development among divisions and cities. The industrial prosperity dimension plays a significant role in constraining the coordinated development of rural revitalization in the Corps. In the future, based on the above classification results, we should introduce corresponding revitalization strategies for the existing shortcomings, and take the road of comprehensive rural revitalization in line with local realities. |
