| 针对“把科研人员逼成会计”等问题，政府要求改革科研项目资金管理方式，提出了建立科研财务助理制度，让科研人员专心从事科学研究。但如何真正实现“让专业的人做专业的事”，把科研人员从繁琐的事务中解放出来，需要认真深思、研究和探讨，从而落实科研财务助理制度。 |

| Aiming at the problems of "driving researchers into accounting", the government asked for reform the scientific research project funds management mode, and put forward to establish scientific financial assistant system to make scientific research personnel to engage in scientific research. How to realize the goal of "let the professional person do a professional matter"needs to be seriously discussed, so as to implement the scientific system of financial assistant. |
