| 发展休闲农业对推动城乡一体化和新农村建设具有重要意义。文章利用文献分析方法，对我国休闲农业发展的主要背景、发展阶段、规模结构及经营模式等发展态势进行综合分析发现，我国休闲农业发展主要经历了兴起阶段、初期发展阶段、规范经营阶段等3个发展阶段； 现有休闲农业结构中，农业观光游和农家乐模式占比较高，分别为34%和16%； 根据功能和内容不同，可将休闲农业发展模式划分为田园农业旅游模式、休闲度假旅游模式、民俗风情旅游模式、科普教育旅游模式、农家乐旅游等5种模式。最后对目前我国休闲农业发展面临的科学规划不到位、管理及服务水平较低、档次及品位偏低、政策扶持力度不够等主要问题进行了深入分析，并从科学规划，突出休闲农业特色； 加强组织领导； 规范管理，提高服务质量； 加强景点基础设施建设，拓宽投资渠道； 加大宣传和营销力度等5个方面进行对策探讨。 |

| Developing leisure agriculture is significant for promoting the integration of city and countryside and new rural construction. Adopting document analysis method, this paper conducted comprehensive analysis on the development trend of China′s leisure agriculture, such as main background, development stage, scale and structure, and business pattern, etc. It found that the development of China′s leisure agriculture mainly experienced three stages, i.e. emerging stage, early development stage and regulated management stage. At current leisure agriculture structure, the proportion of agricultural sightseeing and rural home were relatively high, with 34% and 16% respectively. In accordance with different functions and contents, the development pattern of leisure agriculture could be divided into five patterns, i.e. countryside and agricultural tourism pattern, recreational tourism pattern, folk custom tourism pattern, science popularization education tourism pattern, and farm house enjoyment pattern. Finally, the paper pointed out the main problems, such as lacking scientific planning, low management and service level, relatively low grade and taste, and weak policies supports. Finally, it put forward some countermeasures from five aspects, i.e., reinforcing organizational leadership, standardizing management and improving service quality, enhancing infrastructure construction, expanding investment channel, and increasing publicity and marketing. |
