| Green agriculture is a new development model of modern agriculture and develops rapidly though it has a late start in China. This paper briefly introduced the concept and connotation of green agriculture, illustrated the status of the development of green agriculture in China from the scale of industrial development, green agricultural enterprises, farmers, and national policy, and pointed out the shortcomings, such as lack of theoretical research, not perfect standard, lack of management, small scale, low grade of products, uneven distribution, insufficient investment in science and technology, weak social service system. Finally it put forward some countermeasures for the development of green agriculture in China, such as relying on science and technology, learning from foreign experience, supporting leading enterprises and farmer cooperatives, enhancing the value of green agricultural products. |
