吉安市井冈蜜柚产业发展研究

摘要:

吉安市是江西省中部井冈蜜柚的主产区，是井冈蜜柚特色果业生产基地。本文首先结合吉安市井冈蜜柚产业近8年的统计数据，利用GIS地形分析方法，分别从自然条件、种植基础、市场前景和区位优势四个方面分析了吉安市井冈蜜柚产业发展的优势条件；其次，提出了吉安市井冈蜜柚产业的发展思路和未来10年的发展目标与布局，即打造优质生产基地、完善产业链条、创建大品牌、增强产业效益，坚持特色战略和错季上市的发展道路，着重打造井冈蜜柚生产示范基地建设和深加工项目，到2020年，吉安市井冈蜜柚基地面积达到15万hm2，产量达到60万t，达丰产期后，吉安市年产井冈蜜柚120万t以上，形成年产值达48亿元以上的产业发展规模；最后，就如何保障井冈蜜柚产业的持续健康发展提出了基地化、科技化、品牌化和产业化的发展方式，以期为吉安市的优势产业发展提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Jián city is not only a major producing area of JingGang candied pomelo in central Jiangxi province, but also the featured fruit industry production base of JingGang candied pomelo. Firstly, combined with GIS terrain analysis methods and JingGang candied pomelo industry statistics over the past eight years in Jián city, this paper analyzed the advantages of JingGang candied pomelo industry in Jián city from four aspects, ie., natural conditions, planting base, market prospects and regional advantages. Then, it put forward the ideas and goals of the development of JingGang candied pomelo industry over the next 10 years, ie., to create high-quality production base, improve the industrial chain, create major brands and enhance industrial efficiency, adhere to the characteristics of the development strategy and marketing in opposite season to build the construction of exemplary base and the deep processing project of the JingGang candied pomelo. By 2020, the base area and output reach 150000 hm2 and 600000 tons, respectively. In high yield period, the annual production and output reach 12 million tons and 48 billion yuan, respectively. Finally, it put forward guarantee measures for the development of JingGang candied pomelo industry, and provided a theoretical basis for the development of competitive industry in Jián city.
