县域土地利用总体规划实施评价   ———以涞水县为例

县域土地利用总体规划实施评价 ———以涞水县为例

摘要:

土地利用总体规划实施评价对于落实规划、强化实施具有重要意义。文章在对县域土地利用总体规划实施评价内涵进行界定的基础上，以涞水县土地利用总体规划（1997～2010）实施情况为例，通过构建评价指标体系、确定指标权重，运用多指标综合评价法对每项指标进行评价，再使用几何平均法合成总评价值，最后依据评价结果提出了对新一轮规划修编的建议。

Abstract:

An assessment of the implementation of land use general plan has an important significance in promoting the plan implementation. Based on the definition of the assessment of land use general plan， this paper evaluated the implementation of Laishui general land use plan from 1997 to 2010 using the multi-index comprehensive as- sessment method. And then， based on the comprehensive assessment value calculated by geometrical-mean meth- od， the paper finally presented some suggestions on modifying the general plan.
