| 如何通过调整县域农业布局结构发展低碳农业，也已成为新农村建设研究的新课题。该文通过调 查研究、现场走访的方式，总结了辽中县17个乡镇中几个重点农业乡、镇的现状、区域优势及其特点，根 据这些优势、特点提出了发展低碳农业总体布局的基本原则和北、中、南3个示范区域规划，为新农村建 设提供科学决策。 |

| How to adjust the county agricultural layout for the development of low carbon agriculture has become the new topics for the new rural construction. By the way of investigation and interview， this paper summarized the agricultural status quo， advantages and characters in main towns of Liaozhong County， proposed general layout prin- ciple of low carbon agriculture and designed some important exemplary regions， providing decision-making for the new rural construction. |
