| 中国绿色产业发展兴起于20世纪80年代，在未来十年中国经济的基本矛盾是高储蓄率下的产能 持续增长与内需的相对不足的背景下，绿色产业将成为中国经济长远发展的基础。本文以呼伦贝尔经济区 工业化进程加速推进为背景，结合呼伦贝尔传统产业实际情况，运用SWOT分析方法明确了呼伦贝尔绿色 产业发展面临的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁，定位了呼伦贝尔绿色产业发展目标最后，阐述了绿色产业发展 基地建设布局的具体内容。 |
