| 该文研究表明浙江嘉兴市失地农民面临的主要问题是社会保障水平低、收入低、就业不稳定、贫 富差距不断拉大、没能分享土地增值收益、无业游民化;为解决这些问题，提出了相应的对策和建议:提 高失地农民社会保障水平、规范土地征用及流转政策、有效促进失地农民就业、确定合理的土地流转速 度、以农业产业集群来带动农民致富。 |

| Abstract: |
| The results of the study showed the main problems in land-lost farmers of Jiaxin city included the lower social security standards and income，injustice land leasing policy， widening wealth gap between the rich and the poor，less self-employed opportunity.To solve the problems，the corresponding measures and the suggestions were put forward，such as raising social security standards， making justice land circulation policise， increasing employ- ment of land-lost farmers，maintaining appropriate rate of rural land circulation， increasing farmers' wealth etc. |
