Abstract: |
Using the”3S”technology and combining the field investigation method, this paper evaluated the sa- line-alkali land resources present situation and development potential in Songnen plain. The results showed that the area of saline-alkali land was 1.256 million hm 2 , of which light and medium saline-alkali land accounted for over 70%. Due the higher soil fertility, the plain had the resource advantage of establishing rice base. The regions with concentrated saline-alkali lands and good land and water resources, such as Southern Duerbote, Daqing- Zhaoyuan-ZhaoZhou, Zhaoyuan, Tailai, northeast Dan'an, QianAn, northeast Tongyu, Zhenlai-Tailai, can be used as a key development zone to large-scale develop rice, while the regions with poor land and water resources, such as Daan-Tongyu-Zhaonan, Zhenlai, Lindian, and Longjiang district, can moderately develop rice. Totally, these regions had about 0.33 million hm 2 potential resources of paddy field. In addition, the regions with serious degra- dation grassland, high terrain and poor water resources, such as Daqing- Anda-Zhaozhou and Tongyu-Changling ar- ea, should focus on the implementation of grassland ecological restoration project. |
