| 黄河自1949年后的60多年间，虽安然无恙，但其泥沙含量日益增加，仍是我国一大忧患。为从根本上解除对之忧患，建议把它流经的9个省区中黄土泥沙流入量最多的地区并为一处，营建一个黄河生 态保护特区，在该区内以种植树木、草、花卉、药材及灌木丛为主，在此基础上大力发展这些产业的主副产品加工业和旅游产业，不仅可从根本上解决黄河自古以来的忧患，还具有重要的生态、经济、社会效益。 |

| Abstract: |
| Since 1949，the sediment content of the Yellow River has been increasing，which become a big concern in China. Targeting at fundamentally solving the problem，this paper suggested that it should combine the regions having most sediment inflows into one place，and build a Yellow River ecological protection zone，where to plant trees，grass，and flowers，medicinal herbs or bushes，and to develop the main by-products processing industry and tourism industry，which can not only fundamentally solve the Yellow River's anxiety from the ancient times，but also have great ecological，economic and social benefits. |
