| 剖析伊犁河流域生态环境以及土地资源类型和分布特征,探索土地资源潜力和利弊因素,寻求适合于当地农林草协调发展的关系及其大农业生产与生态建设的最佳方式和途径;提出以全流域为整体合理分配水资源、进行土地资源综合利用及其生态建设,恢复良性的生态环境措施,实现该区生态与大农业可持续协调发展等对策。 |

| This paper analyzes the ecological environment of Yili River valley,types of land resources and the traits of their distribution;explores the potential of land resources and advantages and disadvantages;seeks for optimum mode and approach;puts forward several counter measures,such as reasonably distributing water resources with the entire valley as a whole,carrying out comprehensive utilization of land resources and their ecological construction;recovering good ecological environment,so as to realize the harmonious development of ecology and sustainable development of big agriculture in the Region. |
