| From 6 fields,this paper expounds how to exert the roles of agriculture regional planning in building new rural areas: firstly,to carry out the national and regional planning research;secondly,to develop near and future targets for regions of different types;thirdly,to promote the work from bottom to top with selection;fourthly,to workout rural area construction plans of a county level;fifthly,to avoid being anxious to seek success;sixthly,governments should provide necessary and sufficient investment to rural infrastructure. |
