| 阐述了西部大开发的意义与作用，提出加快基础设施建设，搞好生态环境保护和建设，农业发展应突出抓好的几项工作。重点论述限以结构调整为核心，通过农村产业结构、农业结构、品种结构的调整，以农产品产后保鲜、贮藏、加工为突破口，推进新疆生产建设兵团现代化农业建设的战略措施。 |

| Abstract: |
| This
paper expounded the significance and function of development of the west China and
proposed six strategies to improve the ecotope conservation and construction in this
region. The author stressed the strategic measures to promote the modern agricultural
construction of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps with the structure adjustment
as the core, through adjusting the rural business structure, agricultural structure and
varietal structure and with the fresh-keeping, storing and processing techniques of the
post-harvest farm products as the break through. |
