中国化肥施用强度的时空分异特征

摘要:
目的 2015年化肥零增长行动以来,中国化肥施用总量已实现五连降,化肥减量增效成果显著,面对区域间农业生产水平和生产功能的显著差异,探究中国化肥施用强度的时空分异特征,对于更好地制定区域性的化肥减量增效政策、保障国家粮食安全及实现农业区域协调和绿色高效发展具有重要意义。方法 文章利用空间关系模型、重心模型、熵权法等模型方法,探索改革开放以来(1979—2019年)中国化肥施用的重心迁移规律、空间关系、区域差异性特征。结果 (1)中国化肥施用强度的重心向西南方向迁移,生产总量和施用总量的重心向西北方向迁移;(2)中国化肥施用强度存在显著的空间集聚现象,总体呈现波动性增长后持续减弱的趋势,“高—高”聚集主要出现在华东地区,“低—低”聚集则出现在西部和东北地区;(3)省域间化肥施用强度表现出愈渐明显的差异化特征,总体呈现“东>中>西”“粮食主产区>非主产区”的形势。结论 我国农业发展在一定程度上扭转了过去显著的区域性不均衡发展现象,省域化肥施用强度表现出个性化特征,减量增效行动一定程度上扩大了部分地区化肥施用强度的差距,未来化肥管制政策的制定应更具针对性。

TEMPORAL AND SPATIAL DIFFERENTIATION CHARACTERISTICS OF FERTILIZER APPLICATION INTENSITY IN CHINA

Abstract:
Since the release of the "Action Plan for Zero Growth in Fertilizer Use by 2020", China's total fertilizer application has achieved five consecutive declines, significant progress has been made in fertilizer reduction and efficiency. Faced with the significant differences in agricultural production levels and production functions between regions, we explore the temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics of China's chemical fertilizer application intensity. It is of great significance to better formulate regional fertilizer reduction and efficiency increase policies, ensure food security and achieve coordinated, green and efficient development of agricultural regions. Using spatial relationship model, center of gravity model, entropy weight method and other model methods, we explored the center of gravity migration law, spatial relationship, and regional difference characteristics of fertilizer application in China since the reform and opening up (1979—2019). The results were listed as follows. (1) The center of gravity of China's fertilizer application intensity moved to the southwest, and the center of gravity of total production and total application moved to the northwest; (2) There was a significant spatial agglomeration phenomenon in China's fertilizer application intensity. "High-high" agglomerations mainly occurred in East China, while "Low-low" agglomerations occurred in the western and northeastern regions. The overall volatility increased and then continued to weaken; (3) The use intensity of chemical fertilizers between provinces presented increasingly obvious characteristics of differentiation, showing the overall situation of "east>middle>west" and "Main grain producing areas>Non-main producing areas". In summary, the development of agriculture in my country has to some extent reversed the obvious regional unbalanced development phenomenon in the past. The intensity of fertilizer application in the province shows individual characteristics. The reduction and efficiency increase actions increases the gap in the intensity of region. In the future, fertilizer control policy formulation should be more targeted.
