| 目的 通过对我国土地利用功能演变相关研究进展进行综述，发现当前研究中存在的瓶颈问题，探寻该研究领域未来的发展方向，以期丰富我国土地利用功能演变理论与实证研究。方法 文章采用文献梳理及归纳总结法，从土地利用功能评价、土地利用功能演变、土地利用功能演变驱动机制等三方面对其进行综述与讨论。结果 当前我国在土地利用功能演变方面的研究不断丰富、取得阶段性成果，但由于土地利用功能演变受到多因素综合作用，对其研究还存在以下不足：土地利用功能评价指标体系尚未建立统一的标准；缺乏微观、宏观与微观尺度相结合的应用；评价方法较单一；精细化空间分析、驱动机制的研究存在不足。结论 多尺度评价指标体系的构建和土地利用功能演变对比分析、自然与人文因素驱动机制的辨析、多方法配套分析和多学科结合研究是该领域未来的发展方向。 |

| Abstract: |
| In order to enrich theoretic and empirical researches on the evolution of land use function in China, the paper identifies the current bottlenecks and explores the future directions based on a comprehensive review of relevant literature. Inductive method was employed in literature review to summarize and discuss the land use function evaluation, the land use function evolution and its driving mechanism. The researches on the evolution of land use function had been enriched constantly, but there still were several bottlenecks due to its complexity, namely, the deficiency of a unified index system in land use function evaluation; the lack of applications at micro scale and at the combination of micro and macro scales; the insufficiency of evaluation methods; the shortages in detailed spatial analysis and driving mechanism research. It concludes that the establishment of the evaluation index system at multi-scales, the comparative analysis of land use function evolution in different cases, the discrimination of natural and human driving factors and multi-disciplinary researches are the future directions in this field. |
