| 目的 农村区域组织化与市场化是小农现代化的主要途径，二者的协调发展有利于实现小农户与现代农业的有机衔接，为此研究农村区域组织化与市场化的协调发展效率及其影响因素，并提出促进二者协调发展的政策启示。方法 文章基于2016年全国23个省（市、自治区）的统计数据，利用耦合协调度模型及数据包络分析模型（DEA）实证研究农村区域组织化与市场化的耦合协调度、协调发展效率及其区域差异，而后利用Tobit模型实证研究协调发展效率的影响因素。结果 2016年23个样本地区农村区域组织化与市场化的平均耦合协调度为0.499 6，耦合协调水平不高，并呈现东部优于中部、中部优于西部的区域差异；农村区域组织化与市场化协调发展的平均综合效率效率为0.852，协调发展效率较好，区域差异较小，东部略优于中西部；农村居民收入、农业技术发展及农民合作社发展对农村区域组织化与市场化协调发展效率有正向影响。结论 应强化农村区域组织化与市场化的协调发展，推动农民合作社的高效发展，持续提高农业科学技术水平与农村居民收入，继续深化农村体制改革，构建新型农业经营体系。 |

| Rural regional organization and marketization are the main approaches to the modernization of small-scale farmers, whose coordinated development is conducive to the organic connection between small-scale farmers and modern agriculture. Therefore, this study is about the coordinated development efficiency and its influencing factors of rural regional organization and marketization, and puts forward the policy enlightenment to promote the coordinated development of them. Based on the statistical data of 23 provinces（city, region） in 2016, the coupling coordination degree model and data envelopment analysis model (DEA) were used to empirically study the coupling coordination degree, coordinated development efficiency and their regional differences of rural regional organization and marketization, and then the Tobit model was used to empirically study the influencing factors of coordinated development efficiency. The results showed that the average coupling coordination degree between rural regional organization and marketization in 23 provinces（city, region） in 2016 was 0.499 6, and the coupling coordination level was not high, showing that the eastern region was superior to the central region and the central region better than the western region; the average coordinated development efficiency of rural regional organization and marketization was 0.852, the coordinated development efficiency was good, the regional differences was small, and the eastern part was slightly better than the central and western part. Income of rural residents, development of agricultural technology and development of farmers' cooperatives had a positive impact on coordinated development efficiency between rural regional organization and marketization. To conclude, the government should strengthen the coordinated development of rural regional organization and marketization, promote the efficient development of farmers' cooperatives, continuously improve the level of agricultural science and technology and the income of rural residents, continue to deepen the reform of rural system, and build a new agricultural management system. |
