| 改革开放以来，资源型经济在甘肃省城市建设和工业产业中一直是支柱产业，然而，为了尽快追赶东南沿海地区的经济发展水平，甘肃省以粗放的经济模式大量地透支了地方资源，不但破坏了地方生态环境，还影响了这些资源型地区的可持续发展，目前这些地区资源枯竭，环境恶化，企业职工的未来生计问题亟需解决，资源型经济的转型是解决这些地区生态环境恶化、经济可持续发展的根本出路。因此，通过对甘肃省资源枯竭地区的实地调研和统计数据分析，进一步分析了资源型经济产业结构和经济转型困境，发现产业科技含量低、经济结构单一、产业结构失衡是目前甘肃省资源地区面临的主要问题，产业结构升级构成中科技水平的融入极大地影响了产业升级，因此，加大对产业体系中科技因素的融入来优化产业结构、增加产品的附加值，通过转变政府的发展观，建设一系列科技引导政策和循环产业政策加快资源型地方经济产业的现代化转型。 |

| Since the reform and opening，resource-based economy has been the pillar industry in the construction of Gansu province and industrialization.In order to fast catch up economic development level of the southeast coastal area，the extensive economic model in Gansu province not only overdrew the local resources，and damaged the local ecological environment，but also affected the sustainable development of resource-based regions.The transformation of resource-based economy was the fundamental way to solve the regional resource depletion and environmental degradation.Therefore，through the field investigation and statistical data analysis of the depleted region of Gansu province，this paper further analyzed the industry structure and economic transformation of resources economy，the results showed that the low industry science and technology content，the single economic structure，the imbalance of industrial structure were the main problem of the resources area in Gansu province.The level of science and technology into the constituents of the upgrading of industrial structure greatly affected the industrial upgrading.It suggested that for speeding up the modernization transformation of resource-based regional economic industry，it should optimize the industrial structure by the integration of science and technology factors in the industrial system，increase the added value of products through the transformation of the government's view of development，and construct a series of science and technology to guide policy and circulation industry. |
