多尺度农业面源污染可视化系统的设计与实现*

摘要:
【目的】自十八大以来,农业绿色发展实现了良好开局,但是我国农业面源污染和生态退化的趋势还尚未得到有效遏制。农业面源污染的一系列复杂特性,使得对其的治理难度较大,很难有效地对其进行管理和防控,同时非专业人员和普通大众很难根据有效途径对其进行深入了解。文章以网格化管理的思维,用可视化的思想,将农业面源污染相关环境信息用直白简洁的图像形式展示给用户,为解决当前农业面源污染问题提供辅助与参考。【方法】文章以重庆市、涪陵区、睦和村、南沱镇四个网格尺度为例,利用GIS技术、Vue.js、Leaflet.js和数据库等技术,构建重庆市多网格尺度农业面源污染风险评估可视化系统。系统主要有两大模块:风险评估可视化模块和地图操作模块,其中风险评估可视化模块又划分为不同的四个网格尺度。【结果】从宏观的区县级到微观的地块级,展示了四个不同网格尺度的农业面源污染情形,实现了用网格化管理的思维去对农业面源污染的管理和决策提供更详细的参考和辅助。【结论】研究提出了一种对农业面源污染进行分而治之的可行途径以及一种更细致的基于网格化的农业面源污染管理方式,促进了农业面源污染的可视化进程,并有利于农业面源污染在非专业人员和普通大众间的传播、科普。

Design and application of multi-scale agricultural non-point source pollution visualization system

Abstract:
[Purpose] Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, agricultural green development has achieved a good start, but the trend of agricultural non-point source pollution and ecological degradation has not been effectively curbed. A series of complex characteristics of agricultural non-point source pollution make it difficult to control it, and it is difficult to effectively manage and control it. At the same time, it is difficult for non professionals and the general public to deeply understand it according to the effective way. With the idea of grid management and visualization, this paper presents the environmental information of agricultural non-point source pollution to users in the form of straightforward and concise images, which provides assistance and reference for solving the current problems of agricultural non-point source pollution. [Method] Taking four grid scales of Chongqing, Fuling District, Muhe village and NANTUO town as examples, this paper uses GIS technology, vue.js, leaflet.js and database technology to build a multi grid scale visualization system of agricultural non-point source pollution risk assessment in Chongqing. There are two modules in the system: risk assessment visualization module and map operation module. The risk assessment visualization module is divided into four different grid scales.[Result] From the macro level of district and county to the micro level of plot, this paper shows the situation of agricultural non-point source pollution in four different grid scales, and realizes the thinking of grid management to provide more detailed reference and assistance for the management and decision-making of agricultural non-point source pollution.[Conclusion] The research puts forward a feasible way to divide and treat agricultural non-point source pollution and a more detailed grid based management mode of agricultural non-point source pollution, which promotes the visualization process of agricultural non-point source pollution and is conducive to the spread and popularization of agricultural non-point source pollution among non professionals and the general public.
