4LZ-8稻麦收获机拨禾轮辐盘模态分析

摘要:
拨禾轮作为收获机割台的主要部位之一,在收获时起到引导作物收获的作用,其振动往往会导致作物收获时的损失率增加,影响收获效率,同时影响收获机的可靠性。本文对4LZ-8稻麦收获机拨禾轮结构进行设计,并通过试验得出拨禾轮的最佳拨禾速比λ,计算得出拨禾轮转速;对拨禾轮受振动影响最严重的拨禾轮辐盘部分进行模态分析,通过线性摄动模态分析得出拨禾轮辐盘的振动频率和振型,并通过约束模态分析与其进行对比,验证线性摄动模态分析的准确性。最后对割台其他部分激励进行分析,得出4LZ-8稻麦联合收获机拨禾轮辐盘不会发生共振。

Abstract:
As one of the main parts of the harvester"s header, the reel plays a role in guiding the harvest of the crop during harvest. Its vibration often leads to an increase in the loss rate of the crop during harvest, which affects the harvesting efficiency and the reliability of the harvester. This paper designs the reel structure of the 4LZ-8 rice-wheat harvester and obtains the optimal reel speed ratio λ of the reel by experiment, and calculates the reel speed; Modal analysis of the part of the reel wheel that is most affected by vibration, Through the linear perturbation modal analysis, the vibration frequency and the vibration mode of the spoke wheel are obtained, and compared with the constraint modal analysis to verify the accuracy of the linear perturbation modal analysis. Finally, the excitation of other parts of the header is analyzed, and it is concluded that the 4LZ-8 rice-wheat combine harvester dial disc will not resonate.
