多源遥感数据支撑的耕地质量监测与评价

摘要:
目的 耕地质量监测与评价可为土地整治、占补平衡、新增耕地质量评估和基本农田管护提供科学依据,多源遥感为实现长时序大范围的耕地质量监管提供了数据基础和技术支撑。方法 文章从耕地质量的定义出发,研究了基于遥感技术耕地质量监测与评价的两种策略:(1)从地学特征、土壤特性、环境状况、建设水平和生物多样性等5个维度表达耕地质量的科学内涵,构建以多源遥感数据为基础的耕地质量监测与评价指标体系,并梳理利用遥感技术获取各关键指标因素的方法;(2)从系统思维的角度,利用长时间序列遥感数据监测作物长势间接反映耕地质量综合状况。结果 以多源遥感支撑的耕地质量监测与评价体系可实现耕地质量信息的实时、大范围获取,对耕地质量监测与评价工作具有重要意义;遥感技术支撑的耕地质量监测与评价,逐渐向更高精度、更多样化和更融合的方向发展。结论 该研究结果可为耕地质量的实时大范围监管和耕地资源的“三位一体”管护提供参考。

Monitoring and evaluation of cultivated land quality supported by multi-source remote sensing

Abstract:
Purpose The monitoring and evaluation of cultivated land quality provides scientific basis for land remediation,occupation and compensation balance,new cultivated land quality assessment and basic farmland management and protection. Multi-source remote sensing provides data foundation and technical support for long-term and large-scale acquisition of cultivated land quality information.Methods Based on the definition of cultivated land quality,this paper studies two strategies based on remote sensing technology for monitoring and evaluation of cultivated land. First,it expresses the scientific connotation of cultivated land quality from five dimensions:geology,soil characteristics,environmental conditions,construction level and biodiversity,by constructing an indicator system for monitoring and evaluating the quality of cultivated land based on multi-source remote sensing data,and combing the feasible methods of using remote sensing technology to achieve the acquisition of key indicators;secondly,by regarding cultivated land quality as an integrated concept from the perspective of system thinking,remote sensing technology could indirectly reflect the comprehensive status of cultivated land quality,for example,MODIS is helpful to characterize the quality of cultivated land by mapping the multi-year cropping pattern.Results The research shows that the cultivated land quality monitoring and evaluation system supported by multi-source remote sensing can realize the real-time and large-scale acquisition of information,which is of great significance to the monitoring and evaluation of cultivated land quality. The acquisition of cultivated land quality information supported by remote sensing technology is increasing the accuracy in a more diversified and more integrated direction.Conclusion This study can provide reference for the real-time large-scale supervision of cultivated land quality and the “three-in-one” management of cultivated land resources.
