Abstract:
To promote the development of agricultural product processing industry has become an important part in the process of agricultural modernization in China. This paper uses the Malmquist productivity index method to measure the TFP of 12 branches of agricultural product processing industry in Shandong Province from 2009 to 2017.The research on the influencing factors of TFP in agricultural product processing industry shows that the level of industrial agglomeration, the size of enterprises and foreign investment have positive effects on the processing industry of agricultural products, and the level of R&D Input TFP has a restraining effect, but the industrial agglomeration has not passed the significant level test. In general, industrial agglomeration level, enterprise size, R&D investment level, foreign investment on technological progress and technical efficiency is not obvious. Finally, according to the conclusion, some suggestions are put forward: cultivating industrial clusters actively, optimizing the structure of enterprises, increasing the scale of enterprises properly, utilizing foreign capital rationally and increasing the input of technology research and development, so as to improve TFP of agricultural products processing industry.
