双因素理论视角下农业科研事业单位劳务派遣人员激励机制探析

摘要:
劳务派遣作为一种新型的用工形式,在农业科研单位广泛应用中取得了明显的效果。然而,由于人员身份的双重性质,劳务派遣用工形式在具体实践中存在同工不同酬、职业规划模糊、人员流动频繁等问题。本文基于双因素理论的视角,就如何通过激励手段提高劳务派遣人员工作积极性提出相应的对策。

Abstract:
As a new form of employment, labor dispatch has achieved obvious results in the wide application of Agricultural Scientific Research Institutions. However, due to the dual nature of personnel identities, there are problems in the specific practice of labor dispatch employment, such as unequal pay for equal work, ambiguous career planning, and frequent personnel turnover. Based on the perspective of the two-factor theory, this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures on how to improve the enthusiasm of labor dispatchers through incentives.
