| 随着国家对农业科技创新的重视和投入，基层农业科研院所在科技成果的转化、集成示范与推广应用、服务“三农”等方面发挥着重要作用［1，2］，然而，尽管取得了显著成绩，基层农业科研院所在发展中仍面临诸多挑战。资金短缺、人才匮乏、科研设施落后等问题，限制了科研工作的深入进行和科技成果的有效转化。科研与市场需求脱节、成果转化机制不畅等问题亟待解决。因此，需要进一步加强基层农业科研院所的建设，加大投入力度，优化科研环境，吸引和培养更多的优秀人才。同时，还需要深化科研与生产的融合，推动科技成果的转化和应用，为农业的发展注入新的动力。文章以江苏省农业科学院宿迁农科所为例（以下简称“宿迁所”），梳理了2009—2023年该所主要科技成果转化的现状，剖析了转化过程中的主要障碍，并提出了转化路径优化的对策建议。 |

| With the increasing attention and investment of the country in agricultural scientific and technological innovation, grassroots agricultural scientific research institutes play an important role in the transformation, integration demonstration and promotion of scientific and technological achievements, and serving agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. However, despite significant achievements, grassroots agricultural scientific research institutes still face many challenges in their development, such as the shortage of funds and talents, and outdated scientific research facilities, and these limit the deepening of scientific research work and the effective transformation of scientific and technological achievements. In addition, there are so many problems urgently need to be solved, for example, the disconnection between scientific research and market demand, as well as the inadequate mechanism for converting achievements. Therefore, we should further strengthen the construction of grassroots agricultural scientific research institutes, increase investment, optimize the research environment, and attract and cultivate more outstanding talents. At the same time, it is necessary to deepen the integration of scientific research and production, promote the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements, and inject new impetus into the development of agriculture. This research took Suqian Institute of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, (hereinafter referred to as "Suqian Institute") sorted out the current situation of the main scientific and technological achievements transformation from 2009 to 2023, analyzed the main obstacles in the transformation process, and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the transformation path. |
