| 文章以甘肃省内的农业科学研究院（所）为例，从甘肃省市一级农业科研单位当前抓党建促业务工作的现状和成效入手，提出个别单位基层党组织设置不够规范、科研人员对党建工作与科研业务互融共促重视程度不够、党建工作与科研业务互融共促本领能力不足、党建工作与科研业务互融共促考核激励机制不健全等党建工作与科研业务工作互融共促机制存在的问题，进行原因分析，并从持续加强学习，提高思想认识、规范机构设置，增强组织功能、细化工作举措，靠实党建责任、打造党建品牌，突出引领作用、完善体制机制，强化制度保障等方面提出农业科研单位党建工作与科研业务工作互融共促的对策建议，以期为同类农业科研单位提供参考与借鉴，进而提升党建工作水平，推动农业科研工作高质量追赶发展。 |

| Starting from the current situation and effectiveness of the building of the Communist Party of China, ( Hereinafter referred as Party building) and promotion work in first-class agricultural research institutes, this research took Dingxi Academy of agricultural science in Gansu province as an example, and pointed out the problems in the integration and promotion mechanism of Party building work and scientific research work, such as insufficient standardization of grassroots Party organization settings in individual institutes, insufficient emphasis on the integration and promotion of Party building work and scientific research business by scientific researchers, insufficient ability to integrate and promote Party building work and scientific research business, and inadequate assessment and incentive mechanisms for the integration and promotion of Party building work and scientific research business. And it also analyzed the reasons, then it proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the integration and mutual promotion of Party building and scientific research business work in agricultural research institutes form the following aspects, such as, continuous strengthening of learning, improving ideological awareness, standardizing institutional settings, enhancing organizational functions, refining work measures, consolidating Party building responsibilities, and building Party building brands, highlighting the leading role and improving institutional mechanisms, so as to provide references and inspiration for similar agricultural research institutes, thereby improving the level of Party building work and promoting high-quality catch-up development of agricultural research work. |
