| 随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进以及数字经济水平的快速发展，农业科研院所推进信息化建设具有重要的现实意义。文章基于中国热带农业科学院分析测试中心的具体实践，针对信息化建设的现状及存在的问题，从完善信息基础设施建设、加强信息制度顶层设计、培养信息管理人才队伍等方面探寻优化路径，以提升农业科研院所的管理效能。 |

| With the deepening of rural revitalization strategy and the rapid development of digital economy, it is of great practical significance for agricultural research institutes to promote information construction. Based on the concrete practice of the Analysis and Testing Center of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences，and aiming at the present situation and existing problems of informatization construction, this paper explored the optimization path from the aspects of perfecting the information infrastructure construction, strengthened the top-level design of information system, and cultivated information management talents, so as to improve the management efficiency of agricultural research institutes. |
