博士后制度下的创新型青年人才培养路径探索——以中国农业科学院棉花研究所为例

摘要:
党的十八大提出实施创新驱动发展战略,青年人才作为科学研究的生力军,是创新发展的主体,而博士后政策正是吸引、培养高层次创新型青年人才的一项重要制度。文章从理论角度阐述博士后培养的制度优势,以中国农业科学院棉花研究所为实例,剖析博士后管理制度在科研单位青年人才队伍培养过程中发挥的独特作用,提出博士后队伍创新培养的思路和具体对策。

Abstract:
The 18th CPC(Communist Party of China) National Congress proposed to implement the innovation-driven development strategy. Young talents, as a new force of scientific research, are the mainstay of innovation and development, and the post-doctoral policy is important for attracting and cultivating high-level innovative young talents. Taking the Cotton Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper expounded the institutional advantages of postdoctoral training from a theoretical perspective, and analyzed the unique role of the postdoctoral management system in the training of young talents in scientific research institutes, then put forward ideas and specific countermeasures for the innovative training of the postdoctoral teams for reference.
