| 通过对农业科研院所党建工作的分析，发现农业科研院所党建工作在与业务工作融合中存在的问题和原因，并在此基础上提供解决路径。主要通过对中国热带农业科学院党建工作的调研，调查党建工作中存在的问题，并通过座谈和查阅相关资料探寻党建工作与业务工作深度融合的解决路径。通过调查发现农业科研院所党建工作大多存在无法找准党建与业务的结合点和对党建工作认识表面化的问题，通过结合中国热带农业科学院党建工作的相关做法，文章从优化党组织结构、完善考评机制、发挥党员干部的先锋模范作用、将党建与文化相融合、把农业现代化体系建设作为党建工作与业务工作结合的落脚点等五方面探讨党建与业务工作的融合路径。 |

| This paper analyzes the construction work of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the vocational work occurring in agricultural scientific research institutes, and found the problems and reasons in the integration of the construction work of CPC and the vocational work in agricultural research institutes, then provided solutions on this basis. Based on the investigation of the construction work of CPC in the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, it investigated the problems existing in the process, and explored the solution to the deep integration of the construction work of CPC and the vocational work through discussion and consulting relevant materials. The results showed that most of the construction work of CPC in agricultural scientific research institutes could not find the correct combination point between the construction work and the vocational work, and had the superficial understanding of the construction work of CPC. Finally, by combining with the relevant practices of the construction work of CPC in the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, it proposed the integration path of the construction work of CPC and vocational work from five aspects, including optimization of the organization structure of CPC, improvement of the evaluation mechanism, giving play to the vanguard and exemplary role of members and cadres, integrating the construction work of CPC with culture, and modernizing agriculture department system construction as the foothold of the combination of the construction work of CPC and vocational work. |
