乡村振兴视角下农业科研试验基地品牌建设研究以中国农业科学院烟草研究所试验基地为例

摘要:
党的十九大报告对乡村振兴战略提出了“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”的20字总要求。农业科研试验基地作为兼具科学研究、成果推广、人才培养等多种功能于一身的重要平台,其品牌化建设能够有效助推乡村振兴发展。文章通过文献梳理,结合中国农业科学院烟草研究所3个试验基地发展建设实例,根据试验基地自身品牌优势,在明确品牌发展定位的基础上,提出品牌建设措施与建议。农业科研试验基地具备区位优势、科技支撑引领优势、科技研发平台优势和科技人才丰富等优势。可以在树立农业科技培训品牌、产学研合作品牌、科普教育品牌、三产融合品牌、基层党建品牌方面有所建树。通过提高品牌意识、强化创新理念、建设专业队伍、加强对外宣传等措施,打造农业科研试验基地品牌。农业科研试验基地品牌化建设有助于推动农业科技创新和成果转化工作开展,有利于落实乡村振兴战略部署,实现农业现代化发展目标。

RESEARCH ON BRAND CONSTRUCTION OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH BASE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF RURAL REVITALIZATIONTAKING TOBACCO RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF CAAS AS AN EXAMPLE

Abstract:
The report of the 19th CPC National Congress report puts forward a general requirement for the strategy of rural revitalization, "prosperous industry, livable ecology, civilized countryside, effective governance and rich life". As an influential platform with multiple roles such as scientific research, achievement promotion and talent training, agricultural scientific research base can effectively boost rural revitalization and development through its brand construction. Through literature review and the development of the three research bases of the Tobacco Research Institute of CAAS, this paper put forward measures and suggestions for brand construction based on the brand advantages and development localization of the research bases. The agricultural scientific research base has the advantages of location, scientific and technological leading, scientific research platform and technological talents. Scientific research bases can build up the brand of agricultural science and technology training, the brand of industry, university and research cooperation, the brand of popular science education, the brand of three industry integration, and the brand of grass-roots party building. Through improving brand awareness, strengthening the innovation concept, building a professional team, strengthening external publicity and other measures, the brand of agricultural scientific research experimental base was built. The brand construction of agricultural scientific research base is helpful to promote agricultural science and technology innovation and achievement transformation, to implement the strategic plan of rural revitalization and to realize the development goal of agricultural modernization.
