| 目前，专用材料经费使用不规范的问题已经得到社会舆论、相关管理部门以及单位内部的高度重 视。作者结合单位近期开展的科研经费专项检查工作，对专用材料经费使用不规范进行了原因分析，并提 出了相关建议，从而提高科研经费使用的安全性和效率性。 |

| Recently， The nonstandard use of special research funds have been paid more attention by departments of government， research institutions as well as publics. With the special inspection work of scientific research funds in the institute， the article analyzed the reasons of nonstandard use of the special research fund and put forward some suggestions to improve the safety and efficiency use of the scientific research funds. |
