%0 Journal Article %T 科研单位数字档案馆云服务应用问题分析 %T Analysis of Cloud Service Application in Digital Archives of Scientific Research Institutions %A 赵云龙 %A zhaoyunlong %J 农业科研经济管理 %J Management for Economy in Agricultural Scientific Research %@ 2095-3577 %V %N %D %P - %K 科研单位;数字档案馆;云服务;工作效率 %K Scientific research institutions; Digital archives; cloud services; Work efficiency %X 针对我国目前多数科研单位的档案管理情况可知,越来越多的科研单位在档案管理中逐渐融入信息化内容,无论是在信息存储,还是在信息服务方面,都在朝着数字化趋势发展。但相对于这种发展而言,原有的本地数字存储体系以及纸质化数据存储方式已经无法满足当前科研单位数字档案管理要求,这是因为固定的档案存储以及服务会限制档案资料的存储量以及档案服务范围。而数字档案馆的云服务则更贴合科研单位实际需求,这是因为数字档案馆云服务不仅活扩充档案信息存储空间,同时还可以增加信息共享的能力,进而提升档案信息应用范围以及应用效率。但就当前情况可知,这种云服务运行时间较短,因此其目前仍存在一定不足。本文就是针对这一情况进行具体研究,即科研单位数字档案馆云服务的应用现状进行分析,从而发现其应用过程中存在的不足,最后提出相应的改善对策,以此来提高云服务效率。为此,本文针对科研单位数字档案馆云服务的可行性进行具体分析,从而探讨如何将科研单位数字档案馆云服务项目更好的推行,从而提升科研单位的数字档案管理工作效率。 %X In view of the archives management of most scientific research units in China, it can be found that more and more scientific research units gradually integrate information content in archives management, whether in information storage or information services, are moving towards digital trends. However, compared with this development, the original local digital storage system and paper-based data storage methods can no longer meet the current scientific research units digital file management requirements, because fixed file storage and services will limit the amount of archives stored and the scope of archival services. The cloud service of digital archives is more in line with the actual needs of scientific research units, because the cloud services of digital archives not only expand the storage space of archive information, but also increase the ability of information sharing, and thus improve the scope of application of archival information and application efficiency. As things can be said, however, this cloud service is running for a short period of time, so it still has some shortcomings. This paper is to carry out specific research on this situation, that is, the application status of digital archives cloud services in scientific research units analysis, so as to find the shortcomings in its application process, and finally put forward corresponding improvement measures to improve the efficiency of cloud services. To this end, this paper aims at the feasibility of digital archives cloud services for scientific research units to carry out a specific analysis, so as to explore how to better implement the digital archives cloud services project of scientific research units, so as to enhance the efficiency of digital archives management of scientific research units. %R %U http://www.cjarrp.com/nykyjj/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx %1 JIS Version 3.0.0
