| In order to carry out the reform of "Delegate Power, Improve Regulation and Upgrade Services" in national scientific research funds, the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences had made some useful explorations in the management of scientific research funds. This paper summarized the practice of "releasing management service" in the management of scientific research funds by the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, the difficulties in the implementation process, and put forward targeted suggestions for reference to the subsequent reform. |
